WELCOME Summer camp 2024!

DesignX is EXCITED to return for another super creative summer, offering rich TANGIBLE experiences to kids and teens in Bay Area, CA

Join us, as students ages 7y-15y make their unique ideas for fashion, toys and architecture come alive in a fun, creative and thoughtful environment — integrating sustainable practices with their desire to express and create for the physical world.

*Note Jul 1-3 is three day week (July 4th and 5th holidays). Curriculum will be adjusted significantly. Rates prorated when ‘added to cart’.

—All grades pertain to grades in the Fall.

—DesignX reserves the right to adjust the schedule and curriculum to better suit the age, interest and skill level of the class.

—All classes are subject to minimum enrollment. Session capacity for 2024 will be strictly adhered to, to ensure desired ratios.

CANCELLATION POLICY

On or before Mar 31st: Full refund (no processing fees).

On or before Apr 30th: Full refund minus 20% processing fees.

May 1st-14 days before your camp start date: 50% refund.

0-14 days before camp starts: Payment may be forfeited.

After start of camp: Refunds will not be considered.

*Policies have been designed to offer maximum flexibility to families while considering administrative time.

*Policies enforced across all classes including those that indicate waitlist status.

*Cancellation requests must be sent via email through the contact-us page.

SWITCHING POLICY

Switching sessions on or before April 30th: Free.

Switching sessions on or after May 1st: 15% processing fee.

WAITLIST POLICY

DesignX summer programs do get waitlisted frequently. However waitlists often move for various reasons. Given that, certain number of registrations will be accepted for a waitlist. In the event a spot becomes available, waitlisted students will be contacted separately and confirmed via email based on below priority. Unconfirmed spots will be refunded in full, including fees.

Paid waitlist receive first priority.

Unpaid waitlist receive second priority.
