Designers and Creatives of all kinds look for inspiration from common and uncommon sources. In this LIVE on-line class specifically designed for students who like the rich balance of in-person and virtual learning, our talented staff will take your kids on a journey to exotic countries and far-flung places around the world — zooming into cultures, animals, festivals, landscapes and architectures — all from the comfort of their homes. No need for flight tickets, passports or hotels — we have you covered. Kids will learn about the richness of the world around them and develop a critical eye as they look for design inspiration among the animals, buildings and landscapes. We will bring them back home to develop concepts inspired by their travels and create clothing collections and board games — all on paper. At the end of the week-long session, students will have a portfolio of designs inspired by their travels. Use it as a keepsake or bring it to our in-person summer camp to use as inspiration for the real stuff.
